Website Scope

The Website is informational and presents TrustedOrb's activities as a B2B cybersecurity consultancy. It allows users to contact us by phone or email, schedule a discussion through Microsoft Bookings, and use indicative tools such as the NIS2 evaluation.

The Website is primarily intended for companies, organisations, and professionals. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be restricted by contract, where such rights apply.

Information published on the Website is not a binding offer, a promise of availability, legal advice, or technical advice tailored to a specific situation.

04

No Contract Formed by Website Use

Using the Website, calling us, sending an email, booking a meeting through Microsoft Bookings, or completing the NIS2 evaluation does not itself create a contractual relationship, mandate, or obligation to provide services.

Any services are provided only under a separate agreement, accepted offer, statement of work, or equivalent document agreed separately. For active incidents, the initial phone contact is a triage step and does not guarantee engagement acceptance, immediate availability, or a specific outcome.

05

Scheduling via Microsoft Bookings

TrustedOrb uses Microsoft Bookings for scheduling. The calendar opens on a separate Microsoft page, and your use of that page may be subject to Microsoft's terms, privacy policies, and settings.

TrustedOrb may confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings based on availability and operational needs. You may reschedule/cancel according to the instructions provided in the booking confirmation.

An accepted booking confirms only an initial discussion, not the conclusion of a contract or the reservation of operational capacity for an incident or project.

06

Indicative tools and the NIS2 evaluation

The Website may include indicative tools, including questionnaires or quick evaluations such as the NIS2 evaluation. These tools are intended for initial triage and general information.

Generated results are indicative, do not constitute legal advice, do not confirm whether a legal obligation applies or does not apply, and do not replace a formal assessment based on the organisation's actual documents, sector, structure, and obligations.

Do not enter passwords, technical secrets, payment card data, special category data, or confidential information that is not necessary for the purpose of the evaluation.

07

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Website in a way that:

  • violates applicable law or the rights of TrustedOrb or third parties;
  • disrupts Website operation (e.g., aggressive scraping, malicious payloads, fraud attempts);
  • involves security testing (scanning, probing, exploitation, DDoS, bypass attempts) without TrustedOrb's prior written authorisation.

Security activities are permitted only under an explicit, authorised engagement. TrustedOrb may restrict access where abuse or security risks are detected.

08

Intellectual Property

Website content (text, graphics, logo, names, structure, design) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without TrustedOrb's prior written consent.

09

Availability

TrustedOrb uses reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or external causes.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • TrustedOrb shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from Website use;
  • information on the Website is general and does not constitute legal or tailored technical advice, nor does it create warranties, promises, or commitments;
  • TrustedOrb is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general Website information or indicative results generated by tools available on the Website.
11

Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, or other external platforms. TrustedOrb does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, practices, terms, privacy policies, or availability.

12

Privacy and Cookies

Personal data processing and cookie use are described in the dedicated documents: the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

13

Changes to the Terms

TrustedOrb may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

14

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
